As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:

· Performing daily duties as Building Operator, supporting staff on the daily HVAC Operations and providing prompt HVAC repair resolutions for the Complex.
·The operation/repair and day-to-day monitoring of the Complex’ HVAC equipment (including pumps, motors, Fans, VSDs, compressors, etc.), Life Safety systems, building automation systems, lighting systems, etc.
· Carrying out preventative maintenance duties on building equipment including all HVAC equipment including air handling units (supply and return fans) pumps, compressors, motors, General Maintenance, common area upkeep, etc.)
· Ensuring timely response/resolution of all tenant requests logged through 310 -maxx and liaison with Tenants on mechanical/HVAC issues.
· Reviewing and monitoring contracted work to ensure work is being performed in a safe manner and work details are meeting and compliant with our building standards.
· Assisting with the Complex’ daily activities and all building operations and liaison with service providers and contractors.
· Developing energy priorities for building systems/operations to keep in line with our Sustainability practices and objectives including daily energy management of HVAC and lighting systems.
· Performing other duties as requested.

To succeed in this role, you:

· Possess a 4th Class Power Engineering ABSA certification. Consideration will be given to those who do not currently hold such certification but are prepared and able to obtain their ASBA 4th Class within 1 year.
· Have a minimum of 5 years operational/customer service oriented experience in retail and/or high-rise office tower.
· Have a minimum of 3 years experience in the operation of HVAC equipment, BAS, and FAS in Class A office /retail complex, with extensive knowledge of Building HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, BAS Systems and Life Safety Systems.
