This position will support the Retail Team in the day-to-day operation of Quartier Dix30, reporting to the General Manager.

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:

•Assist in establishing and maintaining "World Class" customer relations as part of the Oxford Commitment;
•Establish ongoing relationships to understand customer needs and concerns;
•Ensure customer visitations are updated in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module;
•Ensure prompt and courteous attention to customer requests and head office and co-manager personnel;
•Maintain customer and construction manual’s
•Coordinate customer move-in and move-out procedures

•Assist in ensuring all reports are prepared accurately and in a timely manner, recognizing the importance of internal and external relationships;
•Assist with annual budget preparation and quarterly reforecasting/reporting;
•Assist with monthly accruals and management reporting, including capital tracking

•Support the Property Administrator to ensure accuracy of billings and collections are received on time;
•After Property Administrator’s initial collection efforts, continue collection efforts as required;
•Assist with default preparation and delivery notices to customers with respect to landlord remedies under the lease, recommend legal action to GM and assist legal counsel as required

•Prepare and deliver notices to customers with respect to lease administration;
•Lease interpretation and ensure requirements are adhered to;
•Assist with customer renewals and expansions;
•Monitor and complete leasehold improvement allowance requirements as per the lease;
•Provide assistance to Construction Manager during leasehold improvement and Landlord’s work processes;
•Coordinate Broker fees payments and distribution;
•Completion of storage leases as required;
•Maintain vacant suites to Oxford standard and assist the leasing team as required;
•Update the Oxford building pages on the Oxford web site as required

To succeed in this role, you:

•5-7 years experience in Property Management required;
•Post-secondary degree with focus in business or real estate;
•Enrolment in RPA/CPM is an asset;
•Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage priorities under pressure with careful attention to detail;
•Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills;
•Strong Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office required, basic Knowledge in JDE preferred;
•Excellent communication skills both written and oral;
•Strong interpersonal skills for working closely with customers
