In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, software architects and IT professionals to support development and maintenance duties in Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Microsoft SharePoint solutions.

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:

• Analyzing the business/functional requirements to create a solution
• Defining reusable system components
• Developing new software features/enhancements and developing, deploying, customizing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft SharePoint
• Performing system analysis, design and programming of enhancements or new systems
• Interpreting and translating program specifications into code
• Supporting business analysts in requirements gathering
• Providing estimates for design, build, and implementation activities
• Reporting on status of development
• Understanding clients established standards and guidelines
• Working collaboratively with Application support team to provide technical support
• Providing maintenance support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 and Microsoft SharePoint on various existing and new applications
• Providing application maintenance support to applications written in a variety of languages (e.g. C#.NET, Dynamics CRM and SharePoint plugins and JS web resources, Microsoft SQL Server, MVC, ASP.Net, etc.)
• Effectively communicating system requirements using business language
• Defining and executing technical test cases and performing Unit and System Integration Testing
• Developing solutions/architecture to solve business problems and requirements
• Producing application documentation (design specifications, operations guides, technical design documents, etc.)
• Effectively communicating with internal team members, business stakeholders and external vendors (both written & verbal)
• Exploring and recommending ways to improve, enhance and modernize existing solutions, systems, and processes and contributing to a culture of innovation

To succeed in this role, you:

• Education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline
• 5+ years developing, maintenance with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online recent versions (preferred Microsoft Dynamics CRM online v9 with at least 6 months of experience)
• 5+ years of experience with software development, specifically around Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and SharePoint DMS Online
• 5+ years in Technical hands-on experience:
o Webservices development. (Integration and sync services)
o Dynamics CRM and SharePoint Web API & API development
o Dynamics CRM and SharePoint Plugin Development
o C#.NET, JavaScript
o Azure – Azure Logic apps – Azure SQL Server - Azure Service bus
o IIS Web Server experience
o Source and version control software: GIT hub, TFS
o Developing Dynamics CRM and SharePoint plugins and JS web resources
• 3+ years of experience in SharePoint online and Dynamics CRM online integration
• Experience in Power BI integration with Dynamics CRM online
• Experience in Data Migration and Synchronization with Dynamics CRM online
• Experience in Dynamics CRM Integrated customer portal and ADX Studio
• Experience in Microsoft Office 365 (Azure, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, PowerShell, Exchange, Apps, etc.)
