As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:

• assisting the property administration team in various accounts payable and accounts receivable duties, including but not limited to:
• processing and reconciling invoices,
• vendor set ups and updates
• A/R follow ups and collections
• manual billings for tenant chargebacks
• managing the insurance certificate process
• maintaining tenant files
• providing assistance in the budgeting process.


We are looking for a candidate with strong attention to detail, analytical skills, problem solving abilities and overall business acumen who can research issues, and multitask in a complex environment.

To succeed in this role, you:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, preferably in an Accounting stream
• Tech savvy - highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Very strong communication skills - high level of interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication;
• Resourceful - strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to research;
• Hard working and you learn quickly - self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and high level of attention to detail;
• Adaptable to change – you thrive in organizations that constantly evolve and adapt;
• A team player – you embrace collaborative sharing of knowledge within a teamwork environment; and
• High performing - driven to achieve results and continuously striving to deliver the highest performance through creative thinking.
