As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:

•Responsible for managing the customer and market research initiatives for our retail assets and other real estate asset classes nationally including NPS, customer and leasing surveys.
•Continue to develop the adoption of the analytics platform within the retail portfolio.
•Work closely with asset management, leasing, marketing and operations to develop dashboards that generate data-driven insights, opportunities and tools to influence tenant transactions and improve efficiencies.
•Provide analytics and insights and innovative methodologies to the retail marketing teams to effectively target existing customers and measure the results
•Understand policy & procedure flow as it relates to approvals of projects/ analytics and insights

•Education – Master’s Degree in Spatial Analysis or similar program preferred
• Self-motivated individual who is driven and demonstrates perpetual optimism.
• Strong skills in the following: relationship-building, sales, communication, presentation and problem solving
• Proficient in specialized GIS mapping and Market Research methodologies
• Proficient using data analytics and programming languages (e.g. R, Python, Alteryx, SQL) and asset
• Proficient using data analytics and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Google Analytics, API’s)
• The ability to work with a variety of diversified cultures, business owners and across different industries.
• Computer literacy in MS Office products.
