As Head of Property Marketing, you will work at our head office in Toronto in collaboration with global colleagues from teams including corporate branding, asset management, property management, leasing and development. Together with your property marketing team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to translate the global brand into the language of our customers within our office, residential and industrial properties, as well as for overseeing the delivery of resulting business activity.

In addition, you will be responsible for supporting leasing activity across our business through the creation and delivery of finely crafted marketing campaigns and targeted business pitches.

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:

• Building internal relationships with colleagues from teams including corporate brand and communications, asset management, leasing, property management and development to enable the proactive and effect support of market demands and customer needs.
• Developing and overseeing engaging and impactful property marketing programs, events and initiatives, all aligned to the global corporate brand and messaging strategy.
• Spearheading the development of highly effective leasing campaigns and RFP responses, in collaboration with local leasing teams.
• Fostering external relationships in support of furthering business objectives.
• Establishing a deep understanding of macro trends, local market conditions and changing customer preferences, and regularly sharing knowledge with internal colleagues.
• Identifying and piloting progressive tools to market and lease properties, ensuring brand alignment, market-leading customer engagement and best-in-class execution.
• Identifying global, regional and local programs and initiatives in support of overarching business objectives, developing business cases for consideration and helping facilitate implementation, as appropriate.
• Developing and managing marketing budgets and forecasts, and report quarterly on financial and operational activities.
• Leading and managing a team of marketing professionals.
• Providing input and feedback on the corporate marketing and communications strategy.

To succeed in this role, you:

• University degree in Business, Communications or Marketing
• 10+ years of experience leading projects and people in a complex, geographically diverse, multi-stakeholder business
• Experience working in a similar role with comparable responsibilities
• Management experience within commercial real estate, hospitality, retail, or an otherwise comparable industry
